Wait a second! What do you really want?

Wait a second! What do you really want?

In life you must be decisive and know what you want in other to achieve success. Always know what you what at every given point a time and go for it with all you’ve got.

Waiting hurts, forgetting hurts. But not knowing which decision to take is the worst of suffering”- Paulo Coello

Do not keep a double mind concerning an issue for too long, because a double minded man is unstable in all his ways and will never achieve anything of significance. You must learn to stick to your decisions to the end when necessary if you must attain and unlock that greatness that is within you.
Conclusion is style, precision is thought, decision is life”- Victor Hugo

See friend, always let your NO be No and your YES be YES. I will even advice you to learn the art of saying No, because if you must attain anything of significance, the word “No” should be handy for you. There are so many things to say no to, I can’t begin to list them, but you definitely know them. You must learn to say “No” to some people, requests and events in other to focus on what is important that will make you great and successful.
This might not be as easy as it sound but it is as truthful as it is. There will be many challenges on your way but know that you have got greatness to unlock and that is what’s most important to your life than any challenge that will come against you in this journey.
When obstacles arises, you change your direction to reach your goal, you don’t change your decision to get there”- Zig Ziglar
I know you have made the resolve to succeed and you will if you persist.

How to live your life above Physiological needs

How to live your life above Physiological needs

The world is a system that operates on certain principles and governed by laws. Psychologists have over the years tried to figure out how people respond to their environment and how they are affected by their needs. This prompted Abraham Maslow a psychologist in 1954 to come out with a theory called the “Hierarchy of needs”
According to Maslow, needs have sequence of domination, unless and until the need of the lower levels are reasonably satisfied, those of the higher order do not dominate. He said once one need is satisfied another need emerges and demand satisfaction.
Maslow Hierarchy of needs
Self actualization/ fulfillment needs

Self esteem/status needs
Belonging/ social needs
Safety/security needs
Physiological needs (Food, cloth and shelter)

According to Maslow, when a man is hungry he does not think of any other thing until his quest for food is satisfied.
“Man’s behavior is directly related to his need”- Abraham Maslow
Abraham Maslow did a good job in his analysis of the physical perspective of man, this is why so many people living today have never dared to think of fulfilling purpose in life because according to Maslow it is the highest need of man. But I am proposing to you today the direct opposite of this theory from the spiritual perspective.
You must understand that the will of our creator is for us for fulfill the purpose why we are in this world, notwithstanding the odds that might be against us. We were born with greatness and potentials inside of us and that living out that greatness is fulfilling purpose which according to Maslow is the highest need in the hierarchy.
I don’t believe that in this journey of greatness food and cloths can be what will stop you from achieving your life’s dream. One of the greatest teachers of all times Jesus, said “take no thought of your physiological needs” (paraphrased)
If you have read my previous posts you will understand the law of focus, that what you allow to dominate your mind increases and expands, therefore don’t focus on what to eat, what to wear or your low social status now, concentrate on where you are going and not where you are or are coming from or where you are.
Be consumed with fulfilling your purpose because all other needs are meant within it”- Felix Smith A

There are two types of people living in this world today; the need driven and the purpose drive people. Those that truly desire greatness must be purposes driven and try to live life in the opposite of Maslow hierarchy of needs.
Starting from the greatest need
 Self actualization/ fulfillment needs
Self esteem/status needs
Belonging/ social needs
Safety/security needs
Physiological needs (Food, cloth and shelter)

When you focus on fulfilling divine purpose for your life, all other need will automatically come to actualization. Start living from the top!

Going the extra mile the true attitude for greatness

Going the extra mile

Winners are people who never stop were others other stop and who never stop when others stop, they go the extra mile.
When you talk about great leaders and read about them, one thing that always stands out is their ability to do the extra, doing things out of their job description.
“It’s not excellence when you meet all requirements of your duties, it’s when you meet and exceed them”- Unknown

It is not everyone that has the spirit of going the extra mile or exceeding target and expectations, that is why you only find one truly great man a midst a thousand. The ability of going the extra mile is called the spirit of excellence, not limited to or by a job description or expectation of others for us. You don’t find too many people working on the road of the extra mile, only people who knows that true greatness is found just a mile beyond the usual stop.
There are no traffic Jams on the extra mile”- Zig Ziglar

Going the extra mile in your business, work place and family is proving your true desire for success. It does not take too much to go the extra mile, that smile that will brighten up some ones day, that task you know is very important that you were not asked to do, going out of your way to give a compliment to someone, staying until the job is completed, giving to that woman in need, visiting that person, giving an extra hour to ensure things are in place, going through over and over to ensure the errors are minimal etc.
Doing what you are asked does not make you indispensable  it’s doing the extra that makes you more valuable. Rewards are going not just for good work but excellence which is going the extra mile.
“Extra ordinary people are those who did the extra to ordinary things”- Felix Smith A.

Do you know that the true joy of accomplishment is that extra you put into it? If you must excel in your job, relationships, studies, business, and life, you must adopt the principle of going the extra mile, it is the surest route to winning, it makes you stand out where others stand and outstanding, where others stand out.

So your progress in this journey of unlocking the greatness that is in you, I recommend to you the fastest route called ‘the extra mile’. As you make this your habit it’s sure we’ll meet at the top!

The power to manifest any of your desires (Part 2)

The power to manifest any of your desires (Part 2)

Our mind works like the computer, it is a programme and what we put in there is what it reproduces for us, it is separated into different segments like folders and each folder has files in them. Every area of our life has a folder; relationship, finance, health, spirituality and so on and in this folders there are files called believes that are in them, these are the true programmes that runs your life and produce whatever you are seeing or experiencing today.

Until these files are replaced with positive and supportive files, you can never achieve any meaningful success in your life. Let’s take an example of our common issues today, money; some people believe money is the root of all evil, money make people sin, money is heard to get, you work hard for money, money is what we came to look for in life, money brings respect and all kinds of wrong believes stored in their financial files. Do you know what? These are what this person will attract, lack and want because his subconscious mind doesn’t want him to be evil or to sin, and he must continue to work very hard to get money and the rest of them.
“Guard your heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life”- Solomon

You see why you must focus on the positive rather than the negative; it unconsciously builds our life in the way we want or not. Some of the belief systems were gotten from our parents, where we lived and the association we keep. It is important you choose your friends, associations, your place of worship; the books you read wisely in other to build a supportive believe system. Let me stop here.
As you focus on the positive side of life and changing your belief files, there is nothing that can be able to hold you back from achieving that desire and goals of yours. Greatness is in you!

The power to manifest any of your desires (Part 1)

The power to manifest any of your desires (Part 1)
In photography, for you to capture a clear and sharp image you must focus your lens correctly; the ability to focus the lens of a camera is the main expertise of a good camera man. In the same vein, for you to get anything meaningful out of life you must be able to focus your time, energy and resources on a particular purpose for this is the main expertise of a successful man.
“You must remain focused on your journey to greatness”- Less Brown

The law of focus and attraction are universal laws that can work to our favor when properly put to work. What you focus on you attract and what you focus on expands, this is one reason why people who are always worried become more worried, people who focus on lack become more brook, those who are afraid to fail always fail because this laws are universal.
“Focus on where you want to go, not on your fears”-Tony Robbins

In order to make this law work for you, you must learn to focus on your goals, were you want to be, your desires and not where you presently are. Have a definite goal or task that you want to achieve in a specific period of time, list them out as clearly as possible, then write a stamen of declaration that shows the accomplishment of that goal and let this statement be in the present tense. Don’t use the word like; I wish to, I want to, I hope to; instead use the words I am.
“What you see depends mainly on what you look for” – Sir John Lubbock

Commit these words into your subconscious mind by affirmation and meditation. Keep on repeating these words to yourself when you are alone for it to sink into your mind and then create a new file in the folder of that section which you want to see a change or achieve a goal. ( ….to be continued)

The unbreakable rule to live by!

The unbreakable rule to live by!
This is apparently the rule of life which states “Do to others what you what them to do to you”
Your actions will always come back to you in one way or the other; this is the rule of life, therefore if you don’t like the way people are treating you, don’t confront them, just simply change the way you treat others.
If you love to be given respect, give others respect
If you like to be loved, love others
If you desire to have money, give money to someone in need
If you love to be great, honor and respect great people
If you like to be spoken well of, speak well of others
If you love to be cared for, care for others
If you love to be a leader, become a good follower
If you love smiles, give some to people
If you love compliments, do same to others
Whatever you would that people should do to you, do so to them”-Jesus
Life is govern by the law of reciprocity, stop hating people who are already what you hope to become, remember, you attract what you honor!
